NOTE — Memberships are limited as we strive to provide the highest quality products and level of service at each event.

By joining the chocolate society, I give consent to the Chocolate Palette to charge my credit card in accordance with the quarterly membership schedule. Memberships must be cancelled 30 days prior to your charge date to avoid additional charges. A $50 cancellation fee will be applied if membership is cancelled one week prior to pick up event. All cancellations must be made via email by emailing info@thechocolatepalette.org.

  • By limiting our memberships to 12 per quarter, members are assured the highest quality products and services with each visit

  • Membership fees are automatically renewed every three months.

    There is a minimum six months membership for initial members in order to receive the complimentary birthday desserts, but may be canceled at any time thereafter.

You may ask…

  • If members are unable to attend the scheduled pick-up event, we’ll gladly arrange an alternate date within five calendar days.

    As our confections are freshly made with a short shelf life, we recommend rescheduling at your earliest convenience.

  • Automatic renewals are generated through SQUARE which does not allow for skipping within the quarter.

    If you’re unable to attend the curated collection event during a given quarter, we invite you to share the experience by gifting your treats to a friend in your absence.

  • As each selection is thoughtfully curated to compliment the season, substitutions are not available.
